The annual Holiday Tour of Homes is a festive walking tour of some of Sanford's most beautifully preserved and restored homes, decked out for the holidays.

On this self-guided tour, step into the past as you are welcomed into some of Sanford’s most charming private residences.

Experience historic living firsthand as residents showcase their beautiful interiors, which are sure to inspire your own holiday décor. Enjoy refreshments and holiday cookies along the way. Join us this year for a special collaborative Holiday Market!

Parking & Transportation

We are excited to announce this year's tour will be bigger and better than ever! We are encouraging guests to plan to drive or golf cart around our beautiful city to see ALL the homes on this year's tour as well as our collaborative Holiday Market. Complimentary golf cart shuttles will be available. You will also be able to rent one if you'd like!

Accessibility

Please be advised that as all homes are private residences they are not handicap accessible and most have stairs to enter the ground floor. Additionally, some streets are brick-paved, which can be uneven.

To show our appreciation for their time, volunteers receive one free ticket to attend the Tour of Homes, before or after their shift.
