Dear Neighbor,
Grammar School Holdings, a division of Romulus Holdings, would like to invite you to a brief Community Meeting. The meeting will be held on Thursday, June 16th at 6:30pm at 301 W. 7th Street. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the proposed re-zone of the property, and gather community input. A copy of the submittal made to the Seminole County School Board, and the City of Sanford, will be available for review at the meeting. The ownership and design Team will also be available to answer any questions you may have after the presentation.
