Report a Historic-Style Lamppost Issue

Please use the form below to report any electrical issues with the historic-style lampposts that the Trust has installed (an example of these lampposts is shown to the left).  These are only the lamp posts at residential homes in the Historic District of Downtown Sanford. The Sanford Historic Trust will help with the cost of electrical fixes required to keep your lamp post functioning. 

If your lamp post needs a new light bulb you can now report an outage to the City of Sanford using their mobile app Sanford Connects. Through our continued partnership with the City of Sanford, The Trust will provide the light bulbs and the City will replace them for homeowners that are unable to themselves.

Other style street lights OR those located on City property (including City parks and the roundabout at 9th & Park) are not funded by the Sanford Historic Trust. Please contact the City of Sanford regarding any street lights not connected to individual homes.
