Join us for the 31st Annual Holiday Tour of Homes as we showcase Sanford's historic charm on Saturday, December 7th from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
This self-guided walking tour, which serves as one of the first events on the community's holiday calendar, will feature ten homes on Magnolia Avenue and Park Avenue, two of Sanford's many charming brick-lined streets with towering Oak trees dripping with Spanish moss.
Experience historic living in real life as residences showcase their beautiful interiors complemented by live entertainment and light refreshments along the way. As the sun sets, luminaries will guide you along as you sip hot cocoa or apple cider. These elegant nineteenth-century homes are sure to inspire your holiday décor and get you into a festive mood.
You can start the tour at any tour stop, but please first check in to get wrist bands and a tour map at the Wayne Densch Performing Arts Center. WDPAC will also host the VIP Lounge and on stage photo-op and a Holiday Raffle benefitting the Sandford Historic Trust and Wayne Densch Performing Arts Center.
New this year is the Holiday Tour of Homes VIP Experience in partnership with Hollerbach's Willow Tree Café and Wayne Densch Inc. Tickets for the VIP experience are limited.
After the tour, join us for the Official Tour of Homes After-Party at one of Downtown Sanford's newest businesses, The Basin. This lounge and taproom is located inside of Henry's Depot Culinary Collective - Sanford, FL, an upcoming culinary collective on the site of the Orange Belt Railroad system, which first laid its tracks in 1880. Enjoy a craft cocktail or beer on their outdoor patio featuring live music and a gentle breeze off of Lake Monroe.
