The Sanford Historic Trust invites you to this month's Guest Speaker series featuring David Johnson, Seminole County Property Appraiser. The event will take place on June 18 at 7:00 pm at the Sanford Information Center, located at 230 E 1st St.
David will talk to us about property values in the Historic District and how those values and appreciation rates compare to the City of Sanford and Seminole County.
Following David’s presentation, our general member meeting will cover exciting topics like the 2024 Tour of Homes, and lamppost installation and repairs.
